Overview
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Item must be in the same condition as received—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
- Non-returnable: Custom-made/personalized items (e.g., custom sizes or bespoke designs), sale/clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
- Contact us first at mejia12312@outlook.com to request a return authorization (RMA). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If we issue a prepaid return label, its cost may be deducted from your refund. If you ship on your own, please use a trackable service and share the tracking number.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at nails@awwwbuy.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement, reshipment, or refund).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item first; once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel or return for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn/unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
- Notification: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
- Timing: If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Packing & Shipping Tips
- Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Include your order number and a packing list inside the parcel to speed up processing.
